This item came with two small imperfections on the seat. I could live with that. Easy installation. This week the seat cracked in 1/2 on one side and is totally not usable. I am asking for a replacement because I really liked the look of this product. However, it got bad reviews before I purchased it - so fingers crossed. It is pretty.

Very nice easy to install its beautiful. The slow close seat closes faster than our previous one however it does not slam which is what we like. Matches our cabinets.
