Defective original ... disappointing replacement ... unnecessary aggravation. We recently purchased and installed a very similar toilet from the same manufacturer and were quite pleased with the result. (See my separate review for the model T017.) We expected a similar experience for our 2nd bathroom but ended up less than impressed. The first one arrived with a very distinct curve in the base (see the first two photos) causing it to rock back and forth. We have a level floor (see 3rd photo) and assumed this was a "one off" with the toilet so we reported the problem and got a replacement ... a week later. We had to return the original. The replacement was ... better, but still not perfectly flat (see 4th photo). Thus there was still a slight rocking with the replacement. We weren't about to go through the "return and replace" process again so we decided to work with what we have. To get a stable installation we had to use shims (see 5th photo). Installation is complete and the toilet seems to be working fine. The flush action is good. For these reasons I decided to give this a 3-Star rating, which is generous under the circumstances. It shouldn't be this aggravating to obtain and install a decent toilet. Have you ever had to pack up a toilet for return? Not much fun. Should we have to shim it up just to get it to sit stably? I don't think so. The manufacturer needs to get its quality control under control.

This is a beautiful upgrade to my original toilet. It's sleek, flushes well, is water-saving, and easy to clean. However, in my experience, some plumbers are not fond of the one-piece toilet. My installer stated that the toilet is too heavy, difficult to line up, the flange did not fit, and the ring and hardware are mediocre. He used different hardware and a different wax ring. The wax ring provided is not thick enough. Love the toilet, but because of the installation issues, I had to reduce the rating. Sorry :(

Beautiful I love the look on my bathroom

I absolutely love this toilet! My toilet was the original one from 2007 when the house was built so of course, it stopped working. I wanted something more modern, more up to date but compact for my small guest restroom and this was the PERFECT toilet. The flush system is amazing. The one piece desig is brilliant, and it is a water saver! Thats ideal for someone who budgets.

This is a great toilet and a wonderful upgrade from the builder grade toilet in our house. Easy to install and good water flow. Looks great and works as expected. We paid someone to install it. Overall very satisfied.
