We love our new vanity! The marbled creme top is perfect! Love the sink size/shape too!

Before our review, we want to say that Wayfair did make good by giving us a choice of a replacement or refund. Ours is Teak color. We love the look of the style of the vanity, but there were many issues. When it was delivered the doors were caved in. There’s a 1-star review that had the same issue. I reached out to Wayfair, about the doors and they issued a credit. I was so concerned with that problem that I didn’t realize the rough spot on the corner of the counter was a hairline crack. I thought it was tape residue (back to that in a minute). When our contractor installed the vanity, he was able to make a fix to the doors, but it took a bit of extra work to make our waterlines and drain line up with the hole in the back of the piece. Since this piece is one unit – vanity top, sink, and vanity all attached – our contractor had to reconfigure our drain to accommodate the hole in back of the vanity. Our contractor said that usually the vanity top and sink are not attached, therefore, can be easily connected to the waterlines and the drain. He did charge an additional fee for the extra work, which was fair. Neither of us noticed the crack until he was done. Our contractor believes the top is made of Travertine marble, which he said has the consistency of paper mâché. It’s much thinner than any other vanity top we’ve seen. When I first reached out to Wayfair, they said they could send someone to repair the crack. A few days later, they called to say that because it was stone it could not be repaired, and asked if we wanted a refund or a replacement. I did ask if they would compensate us for the extra fees we incurred from our contractor for all the fixes and reconfigurations, but they would not agree to that. Lastly, the sink has a funny dip around the drain that holds water that then gets sort of yucky. One separate note - the price variances! It went on sale the week after we purchased it. Now it’s selling for more than we originally paid. The price seems to change daily.

The 1st vanity came with a cracked countertop then the 2nd vanity came cracked!! Third time is the charm!! The 3rd vanity was in better condition although it still has a slight flaw but I can live with it. The wood finish is a nice shade!! The beige countertop works well with my decor.

I like the vanity and it is perfect for where we want to install it. The problem is that it arrived damaged in two places. The most serious was the carrara marble top, which was cracked all the way across the front, from the bowl to the front side. The other was the door stop which keeps the doors in place when they close. That was a simple fix with wood glue and clamps. I got right on the phone with Wayfair customer service, and to their credit, I was able to get a friendly service rep on the phone immediately. I agreed to his suggestion that they send out a repair person to work on the top. He claimed that when people have this done, the crack is then imperceptible. We'll see...he also said that if we are not pleased with the result, we can ask for another unit. We're waiting now for someone to get in touch to arrange the repair. When this does take place, I'll be glad to come back and update my review. UPDATE. The first Wayfair customer service rep was incorrect when he said the top could be repaired. Another more senior rep called and said it could not be repaired, and did I want a replacement? Yes, yes, I did, and in less than a week, the new one came and it was in perfect condition. I appreciate that Wayfair took the time to correct their information error and also to provide a full replacement at no cost to me. I gave the damaged one to a friend who was happy to receive a freebie and didn't care about the crack in the top. Win/win! Now upgrading from 3 stars to 5.
