[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased seven Siah Bianco Noble doors. One door frame had the top part of the frame reversed (door was a right hand swing, but just the top part of the frame was manufactured as a left hand swing). Belldinni was quick to respond to my inquiry, once I provided photos they had a new frame on the way in about a week. Mistakes happen and was just glad Belldinni was so responsive. These doors overall are good quality, the hardware itself could use a little work. There are these plastic guides that you use to screw the door frame together, they get the job done but could be better. Overall happy with this product.
