This filter was misrepresented by Wayfair. The filter that I received did not match the filter pictured on this website. It appears that it has been opened and relabeled as well as being dirty. This is shown in the pictures. The filter was not shrink wrapped as they have been in the past. The shipping packaging was also poor causing the rubber cap to come loose in transit further causing me to receive a less than sanitary filter. I returned this filter along with the one year set, but Wayfair claimed they never received this item. They will not refund the cost of the filter and it’s shipping. I guess they can sell whatever inferior product they wish without being responsible for it. Quickly run away from this company and find another online retailer as Wayfair customer service is very poor.
