Superbe!!!

I am torn on this review. I really wanted hexagon tile and I think it turned out very well. That said, I don’t like the huge differentiation of color that is in the box. There are some that are almost black, some that are a nice orange pink, others that are almost all gray. I accidentally got delivered three more boxes than I wanted, so I didn’t have to use the colors that were on the extremes of the spectrum of black and white gray. Basically, if they want to do the other colors, they should make them in their own box. Here is my bathroom floor, where I specifically selected the more normal red orange terra-cotta style. I have also included the nearly black tiles and grey white ones I did not use that I laid out on my garage floor.

I was hoping to return this tile because the white is way more gray than I expected and throws off my entire bathroom color scheme. As a rewards member, I saw the limited free returns offer so I was comfortable making such a big purchase online. However, when I went to return it, I saw that this product was "exempt" from that offer and I would have to pay $150 (approximately 20% of the total cost) in shipping fees to return it. I got in touch with customer service to see if I had any other options. There is a Wayfair store opening near me on November 20th so I offered that as an option to return it without cost but since it would be past the 30-day return window they rejected that as well. Even though I said I would take store credit. I am in the middle of a whole-house renovation and can't pay hundreds of dollars on returns. The lack of flexibility from Wayfair is really disappointing, so I will be taking my business elsewhere from today on. In fact, I have a $1600 vanity purchase that I will be canceling since it's currently out of stock and hasn't shipped yet.

Bought additional tile as I had already used in one bath and wanted to use in second bath. It is beautiful tile
