Flooring looks great. Be very careful about any sub-flooring you may be considering to put under the tiles. Over all happy with this!

Color:Pearl
Beautiful floors and the color is just perfect for our space. We love that they are larger square tiles, which gives it a modern and luxurious touch. It is a thicker vinyl tile, which means it will hopefully be durable but it is not that easy to cut with just a box cutter. You can easily see dirt just like with any other light color tile, but it is easy to clean.

This luxury vinyl tile was perfect for our needs! We wanted a color/look that had a concrete look for an entry on our condo remodel. We also needed a very thin, yet highly durable product that we could cover over old, chipped ceramic tile. This fit our requirements. We have laid hardwood, porcelain/ceramic and engineers hardwood in the past. For our first experience, it went well, but next time we know to use a smaller trowel notch. Be sure to keep arrows facing same direction when laying the tiles (something we missed in the beginning). Would recommend :)
