Decided to cut it down to 18x18” due to the size of my bathroom and size of other tile through the house. I also installed it with grout to give it more of a true tile look. The material itself is a bit difficult to cut because it is good quality but overall, I’m really happy with it. I would buy it again.

Nice flooring but just installed it and not sure how long it will hold up. Looks good for the time being and hopefully be last a long time or be easy to replace!
