This unit appears to be made of brass with a solid weight. I purchased this unit to replace what appeared to be the same faucet by a different manufacturer that went bad after 2 years. Be careful, if you have hard water, I’d avoid black hardware as it could show hard water stains. Clean with a soft sponge.

Amazing! Looks almost exactly the same as the more expensive bathroom faucet we bought for our primary bathroom. Literally, a quarter of the price but same look and quality.
