This is beautiful and was easy to install for someone who has never installed a door handle before! It looks very elegant and works well.

This was ordered for a new townhouse being built. We left early November but contractor didn’t get the build finished til now. We did not know that evidently the “split spindle” was missing in the box, therefore it could not be put in. Is there anyway to either get that part or a replacement We were in AZ for the winter just returned April 10th.
