I’ll admit it, I ordered this a little too fast and thought I was getting a full toilet with a built-in bidet. That part is on me. When I realized it was just the seat, I was initially a bit annoyed, but honestly, it turned out to be a good thing. Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, even if you’re not super handy. Once set up, it looks very sleek and modern, and the features are exactly what you’d want. The heated seat, warm water, dryer, and multiple wash settings all work really well and feel like a big upgrade. My only note is that this is an elongated seat, so make sure your toilet is compatible. I’m actually considering upgrading my toilet to better match the fit. Overall, I would definitely recommend this. Just double-check what you’re ordering so you’re not surprised like I was.

This is such a cool toilet seat! I plugged it in and tested all of the buttons and cannot wait to have it officially installed. Unfortunately I do not have a plug where the toilet seat cable can reach without putting bulky extensions in. We will be having an electrician come out to install a new outlet closer to the toilet. Nevertheless, it is obvious good quality and very sturdy. Really excited to test it out.

This looks like a great and well built unit. The problem is, I didn’t realize it was 120v and requires a plug in the bathroom near the toilet which I do not have. We need to hire an electrician to be able to use the unit. I thought this would have a battery option but it does not. I suspect most buyers will not have a plug near the toilet so this may be a bad option for many. I see in the product description it does say 120v so it’s my fault for ordering this without double checking it had a battery option. I think when we finally get our plug installed it will work great judging by the quality I can see just from taking it out of the box.

I have not installed this yet however, I can tell you just by taking it out of the box and matching it against where my toilet is. It’s absolutely a solid piece that is going to last. It is not made of flimsy plastic that is going to break the lid closes very softly, which I appreciate too

Ummmm...AMAZING!!! We have another bidet seat in another bathroom- Toto brand- and this one is better! I love how it senses you when you sit and its immediately warm. The rinse and dry options are perfect- and adjustable- and I love the night light feature! 5 stars- you need this! )
