Update to review: Wayfair replaced our door due to the scuffs. The customer service experience was painless, and for that we added one star. As far as the product itself, the new door was harder to assemble due to a slightly warped board. However, the look/stain looks more like the advertised door. We are much happier with the look of this door despite the warped board being a challenge during assembly.
The door on the left of the side-by-side photo is the first door we received.
Initial review: The door is darker than pictured (maybe it will look more accurate when our new ceiling lights are done next week), and out of the box it looks like the door had been slightly scuffed up in delivery. The door as a whole looks very nice assembled, and we are looking forward to seeing what it looks like when we are able to hang the track following our basements completion. The door assembly wasn't bad at all. Everything lined up as it should as far as the boards and hardware. Although we can't speak to getting the track assembled yet, the door assembly would have been much quicker if we weren't trying to organize the boards in a way to hide/minimize visibility of the scuffs (and yes, it was scuff marks and not distressed wood). In regards to the scuffs, we are still waiting to hear back from Wayfair as to how we should resolve this since the door is assembled.
