My clients are in love with the casainc shower system. We had some challenges with the way they were packed and had to receive several replacements. The foam between the shower head and the valve is insufficient. The weight of the valve crushed the foam, resulting in the shower head getting scratched . It took 3 replacements to finally get one without scratches.
