I wish I had not bought this! The touch sensor makes the faucet turn off and on too easily. If I'm cleaning around it and barely touch the plate on the counter, it turns off. If I leave the handle in the "on" position so I can just turn it on and off by touch, it drips. I tried to take the battery out, but it just turned the unit off (no water). I need to try and figure out how to remove the electrical assembly and just use this as a regular faucet, which I should have gone with in the first place. It looks nice, though.

I bought this item in 2024 and the paint is chipping in many places would like a refund. Would not buy this item again.

Changed this because I couldn’t get used to the sensor but putting it back in. It’s very well made. Love the light.

It resets itself after few minutes if you open the valve and just want to do the motion. I like the safety water shut off feature. Overall I’m pleased.
