Love it so much. I only gave it a 4 star because the square design on the function changer part gets white water marks on it. So have to clean a bunch. Round would be better for cleaning purposes.

My plumber installed the one he brought and not the one I ordered. He brought in a similar one so he was confused. Poor guy. He felt badly but the mixer for the other one was installed. Similar product so I’m sure this one is hot. Customer is raving.

We are 90 installed so I haven’t used it yet, but I’d like to note that the tub faucet is not a standard over mount type. You have to make a female end receiver that’s flush with the wall. It caused several issues with installation.

I love the product but I am not a fan of the shipping ETAs. I selected shopping Wayfair based on their anticipated delivery date so I could received the product in advance of install date. Sure enough, everyday the product had a delay leaving the warehouse and tracking indicated as such. If Wayfair could coordinate the shipping to be more accurate it would increase the likelihood of shopping again. Right now, if i need something urgently I know I can't rely on the estimated delivery dates because it is often off by more than 3 or 4 days
