The shower systems look very nice and look like they are built decently. They do scratch l easily and have some very minor imperfections in the metal that you probably wouldn’t see with a brand like Delta or Moen, but they are also a lot cheaper than Delta or Moen, so you get what you pay for. The customer service at Casainc is not very good. I couldn’t get the exact help I needed to help build a couple custom shower systems with their equipment so I had to go a different route and went with Everstein shower systems and got the help I was needing for my customer shower system from their customer service team. To bad for Casainc because I was going to spend another 4-6k on there equipment with shower doors, vanities, bathtubs, kitchen faucets, etc etc. I’ll be going with a different brand for all that other stuff I’m needing. So overall, nice good looking product for its costs. Customer service isn’t very helpful. I haven’t had a chance to really test the equipment yet as we are still in the rough-in stage. If they run nicely like that say they should I’d stay at 3 star. If they don’t run as they should I’d have to lower my rating then.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this installed in my new shower a month ago and I love it. The rain showerhead doesn't have a ton of pressure but I wasn't it expecting to, it's still super relaxing. The wand is great for more pressure to wash my hair. We have a pretty big oversized walk in shower and I love that the wand is adjustable on the bar, I can lower it to wash my dog and the hose to long enough to reach the whole shower to wash it. It's great quality and I love the color, it's what I was looking for!
