A true throne. This toilet will elevate any bathroom. We are in the middle of remodeling and not ready to install which is why it is in the living room. We plugged it in to make sure that part works. The lid did open when approached. The foot action closes both the lid and seat. We didnt play around with all the features as it wasnt plumbed. Its heavy and a solidly built. I will update once installed. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because its shorter than I expected. Not squatty, but not a taller toilet.

This toilet is solid. It’s made of the same material as a standard toilet, but it looks much nicer. The remote is made well and has a wall holder for it. I have had an add on bidet for years and was excited to get this toilet! I am very happy with the product.

This toilet is stunning. I never thought I’d be in love with or this excited about a toilet in my life but this toilet is incredible. The sensor is sensitive but doesn’t lift just by us moving around the bathroom the toilet seat warmer is probably one of our favorite features and one we didn’t even know we needed until we had it. The foot kick seat lift is perfect for my husband and the fact that the whole toilet is essentially hands free is SO COOL! The bidet is warm and wonderful but has taken a bit of getting used to. It’s definitely something I wish I had after having babies. The dryer is warm and a SUPER nice feature after using the bidet. The toilet sits at a nice height it’s not too low and not too high and it being backless makes it look super sleek and clean in our bathroom. I’m super happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to modernize and ritz up their bathroom!

Wow! What doesn’t this toiletbidet do Such nice quality and the packaging was great in insuring no damage to occur. Unfortunately I will have to wait to install it. I had intended to use this in the hall bathroom where my young grandchildren go to use the restroom. I had no idea when ordering all the warnings that come with this. My fault,I should have read instructions that are displayed in the information section found in the listing. There are just too many warnings, which you need to read before ordering to see if this is a good fit for you. The master bedroom has a place for us to use this toilet but we will have to remodel a bit to make it work. We had planned on doing this in a couple of months so I’ll post installed toiletbidet pics as soon as that’s done and I’ll be able to report on how well it performs. It received 4 stars because of all the warnings. I included just 2 of the 4 pages. Again, please read all the information for installing before you purchase. I really can’t wait to try this beauty out!

Delivery/packaging/unboxing The product was delivered in a heavy duty cardboard box with a separate bottom and lid all secured with tape and 3 nylon packing straps. The product was further protected with foam inserts and also inside a plastic bag. It was well protected and although there was a noticeable impact gouge on an outside corner of the exterior cardboard box, there was no damage to the product inside. It is important to note that this is a heavy toilet (about 100 lbs), so you will need two people to safely unbox it and move to your installation location. All the loose parts, remote control, batteries, flange, wax ring were well packaged in the box. Installation Obviously some customers may elect to have a plumber or other handyman install the unit, but we elected to do it ourselves. It is important to note that this is an electric powered device so if you don’t have a properly grounded outlet within a few feet of where the unit will be installed, you will need to have one put in. Fortunately, we had an outlet on the opposite side of the wall and easily ran wires to the toilet area side and put in a new outlet. Once the existing toilet was removed, you have to install the new T-valve on the existing water valve so that the flushing and bidet feature can both have the necessary water supply. The supplied hardware to do this was all included and was assembled easily. We found the instruction manual to be reasonably clear (not impressively clear) overall. Like many manuals from Chinese manufacturers, it could have benefited from a more careful review ensuring it read in clear and precise English. One significant challenge was physically moving the toilet up over the mounting brackets that have to be installed (used in place of the more conventional “Johnny Bolts” of traditional toilets), given how heavy the unit is, and the absence of any “grab points” on the smooth modern design of this unit. Also, in our installation, the toilet is in a separate enclosed space and so having two people on opposite sides of the toilet grabbing and lifting it was a challenge. Also a challenge was using the L shaped mounting brackets under the toilet which would secure it in place due to the fact that our floor is ceramic tile and the cut-out of the tile prevented the brackets from sitting flush on all sides. We solved this by using a short stack of flat washers under the bolt and the bracket. However, given that so many bathroom constructions use ceramic floor tiles, it would have been good for the manufacturer to anticipate this snag. Lastly, getting the heavy unit lifted and correctly seated on the supplied wax ring was also a challenge. Without traditional Johnny Bolts you are working semi by guess and feel to get it in the right spot (while doing heavy lifting at the same time). We went through 2 wax rings before using a “waxless rubber seal" purchased at our location DIY store before we got it right. And yes, there was some water leakage we had to deal with as a result of the failed attempts, but it wasn’t catastrophic. Once properly positioned the unit worked well. The unit still ended up with a slight back and forth rocking likely from the texture of our particular ceramic tile underneath but this can be resolved with a waterproof shim. In the end, we found the installation to be moderately easy, the instruction manual to be average to slightly below average (could have been clearer on the functions of the remote control and the on-seat controls) but otherwise, the unit seems high quality and well built and performs great so far. For sure the big appeal of this device is that it has a bidet for cleansing (front and rear) and also an air dryer to reduce or eliminate the need for toilet paper. The deluxe appeal of this model is that these features are all heated- the water, the drying air, and the seat temperature. This sets it above other “add-on” bidets we’ve used that use only room temp water and have no drying feature. Also, nearly all these features are automated, including lid lifting and lowering. These are all really cool features. The hope is that the technology driving all these features has a long and trouble-free life.
