My initial order was simply stopped in Chicago and eventually I had to go to FedEx to find out that they could not deliver an empty box! Somewhere along the way the tile must have been broken. I called Wayfair and got excellent service to replace the order but when it arrived it was again VERY poorly packaged. About 8 -12 of the tiles were either broken or the edges chipped. Frankly I was surprised any of them made it. While it is not Wayfair's fault, that company set my project back 3 weeks because they went cheap on the packaging. I do like the tile but this hassle wasn't worth it.
