We ordered two toilet seats -one was fine and we were able to install it but the second one has a broken hinge piece. I’ve attached the picture. It can’t be installed. I would really like a replacement.

Need to return it. The hinges are really cheaply made and there are conflicting instructions to install it. One set of instructions doesn’t explain how to put it together and shows a threaded bolt with no head and includes exactly that. The other set of instructions shows a screw and tells you how to put it together but there are not parts that match the instructions. I’m very disappointed after having to wait so long to receive item especially since it was a replacement for the first item that was missing the hardware.
