The stand is pretty, exactly what we ordered - but the lead time and communication about changes to the lead times was atrocious. The item keep getting pushed back - without any notification, we had to log in each time we started to look for the package to see another two weeks had been added. And towards the end the estimated ship date was in the past, no updated info, and it took multiple phone calls to find out where the darn thing even was.

This towel stand is just what I needed and matches the bathroom faucet so beautifully. It is tall enough to hold a hand towel and heavy / stable so does not tip. I plan to order another one in the near future.
