Received first towel rack and round mounting brackets/plates were bent enough to make rack unserviceable; it was discarded. I received replacement towel rack and two of the mounting brackets/plates were bent, though not as severely as first rack. Rack brackets/plates still do not fit absolutely flush against the wall! Picture shows that damage is caused by dropping box on end. Manufacturer needs to add more padding/packing on end of boxes to absorb shock from being dropped.
