Received in decent packaging. Have not installed yet, but the tub faucet is very heavy and nice. The shower curtain frame appears less sturdy and more gold than brass.

Can't review the product yet because my plumber has to install it but both boxes arrived opened. It doesn't look like Fed Ex opened them, it looks like the tape on the boxes was not affixed well enough. I'm hoping that all of the pieces are there. So I am going to be neutral and give it 3 stars.
