This shipped as loose parts in a generic packing box without any warranty, installation, owner nor other documentation, & without the normal retail manufacturer's box & packaging. I need the documentation. This appears to be an open box/no box return item turned around & resold as if new by Wayfair - which is ILLEGAL in California!! I'm very disappointed in Wayfair over this & the other items ordered at the same time & then cancelled by Wayfair - when they LIED that 500 were in stock! At least get my warranty, installation & owner manual documentation!
