Bought this as an open box item and I was so excited to get it at a good discount that I neglected to check the dimensions. It's absolutely huge and barely fits the wall in my tiny 1950s bathroom. It also can't get wet and can't touch any other material except for a towel. I haven't installed it because I'm worried it'll set my shower curtain on fire or electrocute me when I get out of the shower. Unforch, I can't return it as an open box item. Thanks, I hate it. I bought a bucket style warmer instead which is smaller & seems safer to operate based on the manufacturer's description.

This heated rack is simple and does what its supposed to. It gets quite hot, so I have it set on a smart plug to turn on in the early morning and off in the early afternoon. I wall-mounted mine, but I put two brackets on the first row left and right side, to contain the towels and avoid them sliding off and falling on the floor. The third bracket is in the middle of the last row to give the whole thing more stability.

Works ok surprisingly considering the box it came in was damaged beyond belief.. Came with wall brackets and legs to stand it up which is nice to have both options.

Did not warm my robe towel. I even turned it on 30 minutes before showering. Returned it.

Even though it is June, it is nice to have a warm towel to dry off with after your shower. Come winter, I know I will love this! Treat yourself!
