Les portes sont vraiment magnifiques, mais nous avons eu beaucoup de difficulté à les installer et les mettre à niveau. Le plus grand défaut est qu’elles sont hyper lourdes et très difficiles à manipuler.

Uh oh! After having such good luck with my Wayfair purchases, I finally received my first item that was a little more than just “banged up.” I’m not sure if this was previously returned and then sent out again, but there were several visible scratches as well as a hole where it looked like someone had already attempted to install hardware. That was definitely disappointing, especially when purchasing something as new. I decided to keep it because it’s going to be painted anyway, and fortunately, I still really like the overall look. I’m using it in my bathroom to help separate the laundry area, and it works beautifully in the space. So, while I’m happy with the final look, I do wish the item had arrived in the new condition I expected.

These look and function great! The installation was not difficult but the instructions were a nightmare. I’m fairly handy but it was challenging to figure out what the instructions were saying. Anyways, I’m happy

I wanted to like these doors, but unfortunately, the quality and overall experience have been extremely disappointing. The first set of doors arrived damaged, so we requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement set also had issues, including defective hinges. The hardware is very poor quality and does not seem appropriate for the weight and size of the doors. The replacement doors also arrived with the hinges already installed, and one of the door sets does not close properly. The installation process was also extremely difficult and frustrating. For the price of these doors, I expected much better construction, hardware, and functionality. Instead, we have dealt with damaged products, defective hinges, and doors that do not function properly. What has been especially frustrating is the replacement and return process. After receiving a replacement for the first damaged set, the second set also arrived damaged. Now that I need to return it, Wayfair is charging me for the shipping. After receiving two defective products, I am now stuck paying an expensive return shipping cost in addition to all the time and frustration this situation has caused. My advice to anyone who receives a defective item: return it rather than requesting a replacement and purchase a new one instead. In my case, requesting a replacement resulted in receiving another defective product, and I am now responsible for the cost of returning it. Overall, while the doors look nice, the poor quality, defective hardware, difficult installation, and frustrating return experience make it very difficult for me to recommend this product.
