This item is of poor quality. The first one arrived with multiple areas of the finish (on the lower part where the toilet paper goes) coming off right out of the box. Wayfair sent me a replacement, which has the exact same issue—a shame, otherwise quite pretty. Also frustratingly, there's no way to report a problem with the replacement item in the way I was able to with the original, only able to initiate a return with no selection for damaged or defective available
