We had it for a very short while and the display screen went out. We voiced our concerns and Wayfair made it right. So far so good now. It does heat well. All and all we are happy with the product Wayfair is one of the best companies. They have great customer service

Great stove very nice easy to use and looks great gives off good heat and is small for living areas. Well worth the price

Support doesnt exist , been waiting two weeks for them to answer a question about where the fire shield goes that came in a bag in the stove. pretty sure I know where but I want to make sure . It isnt in any manual , only in parts . Plus my exhaust motor doesnt work in the diagnostics and they havent answered that either . They have no phone support . winter will be over before I can even use the stove .Update 1/13/26 . Still no answer from tech support and found out the ignitor is touching side of tube and the screw holding it is cross threaded and ceramic is cracked. Update 3/2/36 Been through tech support twice now. Both times they tell to do exactly whats on website nothing more. first time they were going to send wrong blower motor . Second time I got a gasket but no fan.They dont respond to replies and close the tickets a week after they email you a cookie cutter response. So I have to spend 300 dollars on parts for brand new stove.

Very pleasant delivery service. Brought product into the house like advertised. Was a big help since the stove weighed over 200 lbs, and I’m 68yrs old. Product appearance was good with no damage, considering the size and weight. Very well packaged also .
