Came sooner then expected (that’s always a plus) I let it sit for 2 days instead of the 24 hour wait period required after shipping to install, The air conditioner seemed as though it was a returned product, works but not properly only blows cold air from left side for some reason , my 5,000 btu window unit is much colder and it cools 4 rooms .this unit is 12,000 btu and doesn’t cool one room (Ugh!! ) I want to return it (I’m disappointed. for the price it wasn’t a very good purchase) I took it out out of the box , it had a huge greasy hand print on the bottom, wheels were all scuffed up as though some one rolled it on gravel or cement , filter area was “bent” or bowed, tape on the top seam of the unit, all as shown in pics above .install was very easy , this obviously was a used returned unit, I personally think it should be at least 100.00 cheaper if so , plus If it’s not new why am I paying the cost of a brand new unit if it was obviously usedreturned or refurbished I thought was a brand new unit not a used “refurbished” unit ! So I’m disappointed. ☹️ Update : Thank You Wayfair for the refund It is much appreciated! Your Customer Service Is incredibly good !! 5 stars for customer service!!!*****

Worked out great in the kids bedroom

works great for 1 medium size room.

Cools the space I bought it for, very nice.

Works great. Huge vent line for the outside not attractive but you will be cold.
