The powder coat had dings in it when it showed up. And 10 main screws were missing. It fine for the price, just be aware.

All necessary components were included and the instructions were easy to follow. Took about an hour for my husband and I to assemble and install the rail. Very pleased with its appearance and apparent durability. Would definitely recommend!

The railings look great. They are easy to put together. However, I had problems with getting screws to work so that the railings were sturdy. I finally had to go the route where I used the anchor bolts. I also did not read the full description and just looked at the picture. I really needed the railings that were in the picture and not just for one or two steps. However, they look good, are safe and fill the need.

This railing was exactly what I was looking for. It's very sturdy and was easy to install. The price was excellent; I believe it was under $100 when I purchased it.

I submitted an early review primarily on service and delivery which were excellent. I have now installed handrails and here are further review/opinions: the parts were packaged fairly well but there was still shipping/handling damage. The ends on 2 of the rails had dents and the plastic end caps were torn up some. Assembly was pretty simple but you needed to make sure you "followed the pictures". We attached rails to wood steps/decking and the screws provided had no washers and head was not right size, so they either went straight thru base when you snugged up or were not secure. Paint was chipped in multiple small places, not that big a deal, glossy black Krylon will fix but it's not something we should have to do. Base/covers for main legs are more ornamental than functional, snap on, i dont expect them to last. All in all, they are up, look nice, but if I'd had time I would have returned to see what a second set looked like.
