We went through multiple cheaper Mortise locks on this door, and this is the first that lasted more than a few months. Highly recommend.

Perfect for my old house as a nice accent

I just installed these on both sides of a Jack and Jill bathroom. It was so easy to replace the previous mortise set. The instructions were easy to follow and it all fit perfectly.

Beautiful!

We renovated our 1919 bathroom and these were a perfect replacement! We hardly had to modify anything on our wood. One of them arrived with a broken glass know but Wayfair quickly replaced it. I absolutely love that it has working keys!
