I was very disappointed with the quality of this product. It arrived in perfect condition, but after only a few uses, the gold finish on the bowl started fading and turning white. It’s only been a couple of months, yet it already looks like it’s been used for years. For a product at this price point, I expected the finish to be much more durable. This appears to be a manufacturing or coating quality issue rather than normal wear and tear. I took good care of it and used it as intended, so there’s no reason it should have deteriorated this quickly. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this product based on my experience. It may look beautiful at first, but the quality simply doesn’t hold up over time. And when I reached out to customer support this is what they answered.(check the photos I uploaded)

This extra wide styling chair with a adjustable height will not disappoint a hair salon or a barber. The armrest are very comfortable. The black on black is very attractive and we’ve got nothing but positive comments about the comfort of these chairs, very easy assembly and shipped quickly.
