The rack itself is exactly what was expected. However, delivery could be more meticulous. I feel like I received a returned product because of how it was packed in the box and the box itself was busted open in a few places. Luckily there was no damage, but I feel like it could have been done with more care.

Excellent quality! Gets hot and stays hot. I like upu just touch the bottom to turn on and has auto off.the ease of use
