The pole is white not clear.

The ceramic ends are great. I replaced the clear bar with a metal one; so I can speak to the durability of the included bar

The description says “brackets with clear pole” but the pole (towel bar) shipped was white. When I requested they send replacements (bought 2), they sent me 2 more units with white poles.
