Poor quality. Warped and porcelain supports do not have way to mount to the wall securely.

The packaging was cut and smashed at one of the corners.

The ceramic ends are great. I replaced the clear bar with a metal one; so I can speak to the durability of the included bar

The description says “brackets with clear pole” but the pole (towel bar) shipped was white. When I requested they send replacements (bought 2), they sent me 2 more units with white poles.
