Set up for this door lock was quite simple which I was thankful for being that it has several methods for entry. It has a new and fancy design and I really am liking being able to open the door by my phone when I am at work.

This smart door lock comes very complete with the instructions for installing it. The programming is very easy, you can do it directly with the smart door lock or download the application. It can be programmed to open it with the key, fingerprint or a card that is included. I really loved it. And its very safe.

The instructions aren't great. If you accidentally put the metal rod in backwards (which the directions do not specify which way is the right way) then you can't get it back out and the lock is ruined. My husband had to cut it off with bolt cutters to get it out of the door. Overall, I would probably pick a different lock, as I had to throw this one away after it got stuck and had to be cut off.

I was happy to find this neat doorknob for the storage area of my business. I can assign employees different codes and then change them when they leave. It was decently easy to install. I’m really struggling with programming it as I don’t have a pin and the videos do not work that are included in the QR codes on the instruction book. Theoretically a good and useful tool but functionally not yet providing me what I need.
