Serrure intelligente Z07 Bluetooth

This lock might be really great, but we could not get it installed, we spent more than an hour and at the end, we had to put the old lock back. The problem? The two screws that are supposed to connect front and back, it just does not go anywhere, it does not screw into the hole. There are two sizes depending on the door thickness, we had the right one, but even the wrong one, if you tried, it would not stay. We will try contacting the manufacturer, but unfortunately we could not make this one work.

This lock is great because it has several ways to lock and unlock. You have the traditional key , a key fob that you just scan, use you fingerprint, type in the code or use your phone with Bluetooth and and the dalton app, you can unlock and lock remotely. The lock itself looks classy and sleek. So far it’s working great!

Unfortunately the major screw came bent so I had to run to the hardware store to get a replacement. The the mounting plate wouldn't lay flat so that was another visit to the hardware store. I had to go back to previous lock for the time being. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the best quality.

This could have been a great product, but it really missed the mark. We had a similar keypad on our door prior to purchasing this that worked good, but we wanted an upgrade. Unfortunately, this was not what we expected. They sent the wrong screws which were way too small. My husband had to go to the hardware store to get screws that would work. Then the directions were a nightmare once it came time to get the code, etc set up. The QR code that you scan on the instructions didn’t take you to the correct place and there were no clear instructions on how to complete the functions to actually get the lock and unlock functions to work with your code. After hours of trying, we were finally able to find a short YouTube video that showed us the administrator code of 123456 and then we could enter our preferred code. We still have to figure out how to get the fingerprints, etc to work, but after that struggle, I have no desire anytime soon to work any further on this. At least we can lock and unlock our door with a code.

The installation was kind of challenging. First of all, if you have door that are cover in metal, the hole for the lock will be too small. Second, the screws are not 2.5, they are 2 38 so they will be too short. We had to change couple things to make it work. Overall, the quality of the lock is good. It’s an easy solution if you forget the key, the code is very helpful.
