Update Wayfair immediately responded to my request to send the other unit back. So easy. While I don’t agree that I should have had to pay the 23 for shipping the sub par item back, it won’t stop me from shopping with Wayfair. I love their prices, selection and so far, their customer service. I’d give less than 1 star if I could. ZERO cold air. It’s room temp air at best. I’ve already paid my contractor to install it so now I’ll have to pay to uninstall it and then pay him to install a good unit. I bought two of these. The other one is going back. This one will go in the trash. So disappointing.
