Very poor product quality. I purchased one dehumidifier and it failed. This was replaced by a 2nd unit with only a on.e year warranty. The 2nd unit failed after just over a year. Danny would not replace it as it was outside the 1 year warranty. 2 units in just over 36 months does not say much about their product quality. I bought a Hisense and have had no issues.

A nice dehumidifier. Easy to set up. Good warranty.

Haven't used it yet - just received it. But, it was packaged very well and looks like it will be up to the task ahead.

I think this product is excellent! I hope that it lasts more than one and a half years!

I am so impressed with how quickly moisture was removed from my apartment. The first day I had to empty the water bucket 3 times. When I first plugged in the dehumidifier it displayed the current humidity as 70% and within 12 hours had it down to 45%. I live by the ocean so this little machine has a tough job to keep up with the humidity. I have kept it on almost constantly for the past week and had no issues with it at all. I have tested all of the settings and they work exactly as described in the manual. I can confirm that the DDR030BLWDB-ME dehumidifier is as quiet as advertised (I sleep easily with it running in my bedroom). The fan noise is comparable to an air purifier. I can also confirm that it puts out warm air, which I know for some may be undesirable, but my apartment stays cold for many months out of the year and thanks to the warm air I no longer need to use my wall heater. This is my 3rd Danby appliance (Oven, A/C, Dehumidifier) and definitely not my last. Thank you Danby for making excellent products.
