This is a lovely toilet seat, but it is not as advertised. Unfortunately the inside ring is smaller than stated online. The inside ring was supposed to be 10 inches wide and 12 inches deep according to the specifications. In actuality it is 8 inches wide and a little over 9 inches deep. This means that a person, especially a female, with even a little bit more than an average size posterior can not sit on the seat satisfactorily for the purposes for which it is intended. It is more suited for a child, than an adult. I am so disappointed in the fact that the size was not as delineated online. What upsets me even more is that I have to pay for return shipping. This is the second toilet seat from Wayfair that I have ordered that had stated that the dimensions online were larger than the case in actuality. Both times I measured to make certain that the measurements that were stated online met my needs. I kept the first toilet seat, but will not keep this one at a total cost of $99.00. PLEASE Wayfair give us accurate information for the measurements for toilet seats, so we will not have to return them due to inaccurate online information.
