Grossly over priced and cheaply made for what you get. However, there are no other options if you are looking for a countertop alternative, this is weighted heavy enough to function nicely. Adjusting the holder arms for different thicknesses of toilet paper rolls is possible, but very difficult and seems like the unit will break when adjusting. The toilet paper spring loaded tube for holding the toilet paper is very flimsy and does not seat firmly into the holder brackets, but it functions okay.

I was really excited to get this tissue holder. I was nervous because of the reviews. It's heavy, which I am happy about. However, it's not as well made as I had hoped. The arms that hold the paper rod are crooked and move and the bottom felt was placed on crooked and I had to pull it off and straighten it out. I'll have to glue it so it stays on. For this price this should not be the case at all. I'm going to keep it because I couldn't find anything else better. But if you're not going to make this better and more solid you should charge 50% less for sure.
