The towel bar is great except that the center bolt was too long and extended beyond the base. I had to take the whole thing apart and saw off about 1/4 inch to prevent it from contacting the counter top.

This is the perfect towel bar for us. It has a heavy base which keeps it upright even when you grab the towel. and the finish is very sturdy. It is also the best size for standing on a counter top. It fits well into a corner.

I was looking for a hand towel rack that would stand-alone and not have to be attached to the wall and had a matching toilet paper stand. I found the selection limited but this is very nice and does exactly what I wanted -- holds two hand towels for our double sinks. It is very sturdy and heavy so it does not tip over and very elegant. It is pricey but the quality is very good. I gave it 4 stars (instead of 5) because of the price AND it took 6 weeks to receive -- very unusual for Wayfair.
