I ordered this item on 9/3. It was taking over a month to arrive, so I cancelled the order in early October. It arrived on November 9 (yes 2 months after order) so before shipping it back I opened it to see what it looked like. Not only was it *not* the color I ordered (polished chrome), it was also discolored on the metal bars and 38" inches long rather than the 32" I'd ordered. Basically, it's cheaply made, takes forever to arrive (and shows up after the order was cancelled). All around fail. Don't waste your time or money on this one.
