Great looking and of nice quality. I am giving it four because it does not come with extension for the celing head. If you have 10 foot celing or higher you may want to consider ordering an extension.

Love these rain head shower systems. This was for the house I just sold and have ordered two more for the bathrooms in my new home.

I purchased two of these for a master bath remodel. Contractor installed them, and then discovered massive leaks in the back of the wall, missing gaskets and the diverters didn't work as it was also missing springs. Contractor called the customer service number for Dcolora, it rang and rang for an hour. Finally someone answered, said they were not technical support and literally hung up the phone. Absolutely no service at all. We had to rip out half of our marble wall to fix! Contacted Wayfair to return and they said they have a strict 30 day return policy and since it was day 35 after I had originally purchased, that they couldn't help me. So they didn't stand by their product and they didn't refund my money. DO NOT BUY and I seriously do not want to work with Wayfair again after this. Such bad service all around.
