I like the product because it is like old ones I have seen BUT unfortunately it is not as advertised. The description says WOODEN roller but it is plastic. The old ones had a wooden rooler with metal ends where the holder attaches. It was easy to refill the paper. This one is difficult to open. I don't see this standing the test of time.

wanted a simple, easy to hang holder and this met the criteria. looks great. will be ordering a second for another bathroom.
