This is a great bidet style toilet. I am definitely taking off one star because the buttons on the side are very far back, making it very difficult to push if you are sitting on the side. You have to use the remote to use the bidet so if the remote breaks all of the features besides the on and off and the flush are not accessible. The water pressure and temperature is great and it appears to have great water pressure when flushing. You will need to have an electrical outlet very close to it as the cord is a bit on the shorter side and it will not work if it is not connected to an electrical source. Other than that, we highly recommend this toilet.

I’m leaving 2 stars because the product came cracked. This is an expensive item and for it to show up damaged I’d expect the customer service to be better. I had to communicate with the manufacturer instead of way fair so things are taking longer to get resolved. Still waiting for a replacement toilet. I will update my review when I receive and install the replacement toilet.

Who knew using a toilet could be fun!! This toilet is awesome! There are some very wonderful features like the bidet, seat warmer, auto flush, foaming, night light, and air dryer. The makers of this toilet thought of everything! Installation is not easy if you’re not used to this kind of toilet so we hired a plumber to do it. We also had to have an electrical outlet installed which we just tapped in from an electric outlet on the other side of the bathroom. Everything works great and I can’t imagine using the old style toilet anymore! I highly recommend this toilet. You get a lot for a reasonable price!

It is sleek and modern. The plumber who will be installing was thrilled with this toilet since it didn't need to have a wall opening and all the parts were in the toilet itself. He said it will simply use the directions included and attach to the floor drain. It will require an electrical plug but since in a remodel not a big deal as we had the electrician come out yesterday and finished using the existing light switch to daisy chain to the outlet. We are looking forward to this fancy toilet!

I’m super satisfied with this toilet! It looks so sleek and modern, almost like a piece of decoration rather than just a toilet lol. Setting it up wasn’t a headache at all because the manual was actually easy to follow for once. The smart features are really nice, especially the heated seat now that it’s winter time. The auto flush and the foam shield work great too. Highly recomend it if you want something that looks high end and actually works like it’s supposed to.
