Bought and installed this handset in late December. We were satisfied until just the other day when we attempted to unlock our front door but the locking mechanism just spun around and around. The cylinder where the key is inserted is broken. This shouldn't happen after 4 months! Wayfair will contact us about possible replacement in the next couple of days. I will update our review once we hear back.

Looks great and makes the front complete. Lever sent originally was upside down- Wayfair fixed the problem and provided great customer service as usual!
