This item came in perfect condition but did not fit my sink. We purchased a home and needed the tip and aerator for our kitchen faucet. Purchased two and this one was not correct. Did not see that it was not returnable...not in info on item profile, customer service said it appears in check out. Very disappointed and now stuck with this! The product was fine, description needs to be clearer while shopping items!

I purchased a kitchen faucet years ago, that I really like. The aerator finally wore out and I couldn't get the right part for it. I contacted Delta and sent a picture of it to see if they could help me. Not only did they tell what the model of the facet was, but also, told me what part number I needed for the aerator. I ordered it and my faucet it perfect again. I am very impressed.
