[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only reason for this review is to try and encourage Delta to stop taking short cuts on high-end fixtures. The weak link here is the threaded neck of the bottle - plastic threads on heavy stainless fixtures will ALWAYS fail - eventually. Mine did, as I am sure many other's have as well. I have done my research online and the proof is there. Now, Delta is sending me an entire assembly, (albeit free of charge), since I am the original homeowner, but I have to ask...why not make a simple design change and, 1; improve customer satisfaction, and 2; save resources and time? Like other comments, I got mine broke the 3rd times in four years. The one layer plastic cracked leaving nothing to hold the bottle…This is definitely a design failure…so disappointed.

Like other reviews my soap dispenser bottle has fallen to the floor emptying its contents. This will be the third time in three years I have had to replace this poorly designed part. What little internal threads were present are now gone leaving nothing to hold the bottle. I wish there was an alternative.
