Good product. Install was challenging but fan and heater work well.

We are so excited to have this installed.we are redoing our master bath but I didnt want to heat the floor.I did some research and the Delta breeze came up with glowing reviews.its a green product it has a heat lamp, its small ,quiet and its to code.It does need its own circuit. We were fortunate that our panel wasnt far so pulling wire was not a huge issue. We are so happy we went this way bc it seems so much more adaptable to each persons needs.

Made my bathroom so cozy!

Exhaust feature has a rattle we can’t sort out. Otherwise it’s meant to be quiet from what I can tell. Mine may be defective. The heat feature is a bonus. It is optional to use while exhaust fan is on or off. I have very high ceilings so the warm air flow is not felt as imagined but for standard ceiling height I bet it’s gonna be perfect!

Perfect for a cold basement bathroom. Heater warns nicely.
