Wayfair failed horribly on this order. We never received the soap dispensers and the replacements never came as promised. Very unhappy with Bobbi and Rachel in customer support since they could not get the issue resolved. Wayfair placed a hold on the replacements after saying they would ship. Their excuse is a price issue even though I already paid 1438.33 for the dispensers i did not receive. No communication from anyone. Why did you place a hold on my replacements? No one could help. The only department to remove the hold is a non customer department so i could not get this resolved. Wayfair let us down.

Have not installed yet but love the look.
